Grange Cottage is a cosy, 18th century Cotswold stone weaver’s cottage for up to four guests. Situated in the hills of the small village of Amberley, Grange Cottage enjoys outstanding views of the Cotswolds whilst still benefitting from the local amenities.

Situated at the top of a steep slope at the end of the lane, Grange Cottage provides an excellent base for any small family or friend groups looking for a rural, cosy, characterful Cotswold Stone cottage, with ample local walks and other outdoors activities from the doorstep.
The Village of Amberley is located on the National Trust common land of Minchinhampton Common and boasts not one but two well regarded traditional pubs both offering traditional ales; The Black Horse Inn and The Amberley Inn, as well as a village shop and café. The unique 600 acre open space provides unlimited walking opportunities as well as kite flying and Minchinhampton Golf Club, among other things. Minchinhampton offers a wide range of amenities including a weekly market which is still held in the magnificent 17th Century Market House. This vibrant town boasts a range of individual shops, restaurants and cafes, making it perfect for an afternoon stroll in a beautiful setting.
Nearby, a visit to the historic Winstones Ice Cream Factory, the award-winning Farmer's Market in Stroud and the Fairtrade town of Nailsworth with its art galleries, individual shops and spring music and art festivals, are a must.
The waterfront city of Gloucester, with its Victorian docklands, is close by and the town of Cirencester, 'Gateway to the Cotswolds', offers historic buildings and museums.
The beautiful spa town of Cheltenham is an easy drive away, offering Georgian architecture and many festivals including the Gold Cup horse race. A great holiday destination all year round.
The neighbouring towns of Stroud (7 minutes drive) and Nailsworth (5 mins drive), provide amenities such as pharmacies, supermarkets, petrol stations plus lot of individual shops and restaurants.
