Chris and Carla have worked in the hospitality business for over 15 years running their own successful country pub and then an award winning restaurant in Cornwall, they are now offering their very own homestyle hospitality at Grianaig Guest House ​ They have three beautiful Labrador dogs who love the Outer Hebrides as much as they do! They now also have free range hens and ducks laying wonderful eggs! ​ Grianaig Guest House is ideally situated in South Uist just 1 mile from the community of Daliburgh, within easy reach of all major transport links and many stunning beaches, lochs and walking trails

A warm welcome awaits at Grianaig Guest House and restaurant, with 4 large ensuite bedrooms with showers, plenty of free parking on site and only a few minutes away from the beach, supermarket and ferry services. Very close to Askernish Golf Course and miles of white sandy beaches. Our on site restaurant serves local fresh Hebridean meals in the evenings cooked by Chris our chef and owner, a guest lounge and breakfast area with log fire, unlimited amounts of tea & coffee, homemade baking and plentiful breakfast. Perfectly located for walking or cycling the Hebridean Way. We look forward to welcoming you to South Uist in the Outer Hebrides.

Daliburgh within 1 mile, Askernish Golf Course within only a few minutes away - in fact you can see it from the property! Lochboisdale within 10 minutes drive with local ferry services nearby. The supermarket, Fish & Chip shop, beach, pub & post office all within 5 -10 minutes drive from the property. Eriskay is only a 15 minutes drive away with stunning views to the Isle of Barra any beyond!
