The property is situated midway between Lincoln & Newark, accessed via a long private farm track, on a quiet small family farm, nestled in a private site in the small village of Norton Disney. With striking countryside views, the accommodation is spread across the 1st floor of a converted old barn accessed via an external staircase and includes access to a private use garden area with patio. The private lodging, with vaulted ceilings is a perfect place to relax & enjoy the area. Within the village is The Green Man, a friendly real ale pub & eatery. We can be reached by Car or Rail (Short Cab ride from Newark or Collingham). We have close by woodland access to bridleways for hikers and dog walks. The accommodation is a converted brick, first floor, old farm barn loft area, accessed by an external painted staircase. It is situated above a double garage. Please be aware that there is limited head height in the eaves of the accommodation, which includes part of the bathroom, but full head height in central areas and in the additional toilet and basin area on the ground floor. We have Wi-Fi internet and are suited to guests travelling for both leisure and business. Guests can bring their own smart TV stick if they wish to upgrade their viewing from standard free view channels available. A well behaved dog is most welcome to accompany you but please message in advance of arrival to let us know if a dog or other pet is accompanying you.

We are in a rural, peaceful and private location but just 1 mile away from accessing main road networks for easy access to local towns, cities and attractions. The train journey to London attractions from Newark is just over an hour.
