We live in the Farmhouse on the site, we have been here since September 2019 and absolutely love the area!

We are located in the village of St Breward with 4 traditional Cornish cottages set in 5 acres of land, in one of the most stunning parts of the country. You can enjoy uninterrupted moor views from your doorstep. Formerly a farm building, Old Brock Cottage retains many of its original features, such as traditional Cornish stone walls and exposed beams. With its quirky reverse design conversion, it offers an open plan first floor living area. Please note that due to layout this cottage may be unsuitable for children under 2 years old. Ladydown Cottage is a single storey renovated farm building with Cornish stone walls and exposed beams. It is situated right on the edge of Bodmin Moor and its namesake Ladydown Moor. So close that you can watch the wild ponies graze from your window! Delphy Cottage is named after Delford Bridge, a pretty stone bridge and popular picnic area on Bodmin Moor, this recently built cottage has been sympathetically designed to maintain many of the rural characteristics of old Cornish cottages with the benefits of modern design. Old Barn Cottage is located on the site of an old barn. A charming single storey cottage with exposed beams where you can enjoy moorland views especially from the bedroom window. We are lucky to have our own gated access onto the beautiful Moor which is ideal for dog walking, hiking, exploring or simply taking in the view .A wealth of wildlife can also be found grazing the adjacent moor, including ponies, cattle and sheep. Hallagenna Cottages was once a farm and was the home of Beatos, the black stallion from the Lloyds Bank adverts. Although now no longer a working farm, it maintains its rural character. We have our own pet miniature pigs here and we give them their breakfast every morning around 8.30/9.00 am ,you are welcome to join us with your Wellington boots at the ready as it can be a bit muddy! Horses graze in the paddock and share their fields with wild rabbits, which can be easily spotted in the grass.

We are located in St Breward. You can amble along to the local 11th Century pub (The Old Inn) for your dinner, cycle and explore the famous 18 mile Camel Trail (only a 5 minute drive away), take horse rides onto the moor virtually from your own front door (Hallagenna riding stables located opposite), the stunning Cornish coast and historic fishing villages such as Port Isaac and Padstow to name but a few are also within easy reach, and there's so much more.
