Hannaford's Quay is an old listed two bedroomed cottage on the quayside overlooking the Exe estuary. The cottage faces South West and has fabulous views from the living and bedrooms rooms of the Exe estuary. There is a balcony which is a great place to sit with a wine watching the sunset. The cottage was completely refurbished in 2006 and has oak and tiled floors, jacuzzi bath, curved TV, Vi Spring king size double bed. There are two bedrooms on the top floor - one with a Vi Spring king size double bed, and the other with twin beds. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. There is off street parking in the patio at the front of the cottage suitable for a mid sized car. (We can get large cars in but it is a squeeze.)

The cottage is situated in the centre of Topsham within a very short walk of pubs, restaurants, cafes, and shops. There is lots to do in Topsham: there is a heated open air pool which is open in the summer months, tennis courts, recreation ground, sailing club and plenty of restaurants, pubs and cafes to choose from. The Exeter golf and country club is only just over a mile away. Lovely riverside walks and cycle paths. The Exe estuary is world famous for its migratory birds - there is an RSPB hide just a short walk away. There are beaches at Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton which are only 20 mins away by car. Topsham is well connected - there is a regular (every half hour) train service to Exeter and Exmouth; Exeter airport is just a 15 min drive, and the M5 is just 5 mins away.
