The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dining seating for six, and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and two twins, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a private garden with lawn, patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking. Within 2.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1 mile, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets (apart from registered assistance dogs with a laminated ID card and a copy of certificate sent prior to arrival). There is a wide variety of services and facilities available in Chudleigh to facilitate independent travel. These include two pubs, an English restaurant, supermarkets, specialty boutiques, and more. Between the towns of Dunsford (in the north) and Chudleigh (in the south), the Teign Valley is a stunning, steep, wooded valley on the eastern slope of Dartmoor National Park. Christow, Lower Ashton, Higher Ashton, Dunsford, and Hennock are idyllic holiday destinations due to the outstanding natural beauty of the area. This includes rolling hills, green fields, rushing rivers, and picturesque thatched cottages. All around Chudleigh are beautiful scenic walking trails that are sure to take your breath away. If you're in the mood for something more strenuous, there are plenty of options in the immediate area. You might go rock climbing, kayaking on the River Teign, mountain biking, or even trekking. The famous majestic black swans may be found at The Lawn and Brook, while the historic seaside town of Dawlish is ideal for relaxed beach days with a wide choice of family-friendly diversions and amusements. Visit the historic city of Exeter and spend the day seeing the city's various attractions, including the magnificent City Walls, the Gothic cathedral, Exeter Castle, and many more. With quick entry into Dartmoor National Park and close proximity to the action in Newton Abbot, Torquay, and Paignton, Chudleigh is a great base from which to explore the coast and countryside of Devon.
