This property is surrounded by lots of nature and wildlife and is located in a small and quiet estate with only a 15 minute walk to Alloway Beach. The property's;large garden offers privacy and a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It has a pond feature, bench and a large variety of plants and trees.
Guests have their own stylish and cozy private double bedroom with a luxury king-sized bed and private en-suite with access to a shower and bath. An electric blanket is also available.
Margaret and Bryce have been married for 48 years. They are a very friendly, warm and kind couple who are young at heart and love to have company.
Margaret is a licensed holistic therapist including reiki, NLP consultant and a clinical hypnotherapist.
Bryce is a keen photographer, artist, music enthusiast, cook, traveller and is into cars and bikes.
Havenwood is set in a quiet, private country estate near Alloway, a picturesque village with a host of fascinating historical connections. There are many nearby sites relating to the life of Scotland’s national bard, Robert Burns, including his birthplace museum, monument gardens and the iconic ‘Brig o’ Doon’. Numerous ancient castles, parks, beaches and world class golf courses are all nearby. Two of Scotland’s most magnificent 18th century stately homes, Culzean Castle and Dumfries House, are both just a short drive away.
