Heatherbank Cottage has two bedrooms with two bathrooms. It sleeps up to 4 guests. The main bedroom has a feature, hand crafted, king size bed and a stunning en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed which can be converted into two twin beds. The second bathroom has a corner shower. The lounge is very, very spacious with wall to wall patio doors so you don’t miss any of the magnificent view. It has a dedicated office space, Chesterfield leather sofas and a 50 inch/127cm Smart TV. The kitchen, with adjacent dining area, is modern, tastefully decorated, fully integrated and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Outside, you can sit or dine on the patio and ‘just be’ part of the scenery. Well behaved dogs are welcome at Heatherbank Cottage. A stay at Heatherbank Cottage includes all electricity, heating, linen, towels and wi-fi. We have also secured a 20% discount on local leisure and adventure activities.

We are Jim and Pauline Drummond, the owners of Heatherbank Cottage, which we purchased in 2023. We started off on our self catering journey in 2016 with a dream of offering people the perfect location to holiday in Lochaber; a place we spent many years visiting for our own family holidays. Ensuring that our guests love this wonderful part of the world as much as we do is our number one priority. We are a family business with our son helping out remotely and we have a small but wonderful team. Lochaber is famed for its rugged wilderness, family friendly community and access to the world of outdoor sports. These are the principles which guide us. We have a duty and responsibility to do all we can to support nature to thrive on our grounds; from maintaining bee friendly wildflowers, to providing feeders for the numerous types of birds around the Cottage. Our tastefully presented and spacious 2 bedroom Cottage is located on the banks of Loch Linnhe in the small and peaceful hamlet of Bunree. It offers panoramic views of the Loch with the Isles of Lismore and Mull in the distance. The Loch is skirted on either side by the mountains of the Morven peninsula and the entrance to Loch Leven and Appin Munros, providing guests with an ever changing pallet of the very best of scenery in the Scottish Highlands.
