We own and operate our own self catering apartments and in 2019 offered our services as a management company, looking after all things holiday let. Our managed homes currently reach all over Scotland and there is an amazing eclectic mix. From city centre apartments, to beachside cottages and getaways in the Glens to hideaways in the countryside & we would love for you to come and stay. You will have the freedom to arrive in your own time thanks to our self check-in service. Everything you need to know about the property has been designed digitally and you can access your Placer Guide from any device you wish. Giving you all information on appliances & check-in instructions as well as updated recommendations for things to see, try eat & drink. Everything we do is with you in mind to ensure you stay, no matter what the reason or for how long, is a true experience.

There are plentiful walks all around you when staying in Scone: one of our favourites is Kinnoull Hill woodland Park - just a short drive away and is a fantastic hike offering panoramic views of Perth, the River Tay and surrounding countryside. If you fancy painting the town red and making an entire evening out of it, try Dean’s on Kinnoull Street, or The Mexican on Atholl Street. But there's more to Scone than its proximity to Perth. The local area itself has its own charms waiting to be discovered. A mere 5-minute walk will lead you to the Scone Arms, a local gem that's perfect for indulging in evening meals and delightful drinks.
