A lovely 2 double bedroom (king size beds) annex with a dining/sitting room/kitchen, which is fully fitted and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Dedicated Wi-Fi with a Smart TV. Ample parking available. This is a totally independent property in the grounds of your host’s house, only 4 miles out of the historical City of Lincoln. The Castle and cathedral are just a fifteen minutes drive away, as are Lincolnshire show ground, Christmas market, University and Waddington airfield.
The majority of the time somebody will be available to borrow that cup of sugar from(or bottle of wine)!!
The village of Sudbrooke itself boasts a local shop and post office and 2 miles down the road, the next village has pubs, takeaways, hairdressers, coop, doctors etc. Bus stop at the of the drive and a footpath/cycle path all the way into Lincoln City. Getting about is easy from this location. Peaceful wooded and country walks are plentiful.
