This property is in one of the most wonderful locations in this historic, unspoilt seaside town. The property is decorated to a high standard and offers a warm and cosy feel as soon as you walk in! The location of this property is a stones throw from the sea and beaches and on your doorstep you have the most lovely artisan eateries and shops. The town mill offers a wonderful micro brewery, restaurants and unique independent shops plus you also have an Italian restaurant, a fish and chip shop and a pub all within the same area of this fantastic cottage. The cottage has a lovely open plan living space on the ground floor and then you have two floors which offer its own bedroom and bathroom ,so it is perfect for couples who will each have their own floor. You also have a delightful Suntrap courtyard on the first floor. You can literally wake up in this lovely cottage and walk across the road to the fantastic artisan bakery or why not book a table at the Millside or Italian restaurant?! This property set in the unspoilt town of Lyme Regis is an absolute gem and is highly recommended.
