A little gem of a cottage around 100 steps from the sea front in beautiful Portpatrick, recently upgraded and modernised. Local pubs, restaurant's and shops just minutes away - in fact you can see the sea roaring in when you step outside the front door.
The cottage has an open plan downstairs living area with large Smart TV with Netflix and modern living flame fire for those cozy nights in.
The kitchen has a microwave, fridge with small freezer, hob and table and chairs, also on the ground floor is the 'snug', a lovely space to read a book or chill in addition to the 'breakfast room' that overlooks the patio/garden area. Also on the ground floor is the modern shower room and toilet.

Upstairs at Hill Street Cottage is just as impressive with two bedrooms boasting sumptuous beds and quality bedding and there is also an additional toilet. Previous guests say the super king bed is 'just heaven' and of course complimented with only the best Egyptian linen and Hungarian Goose duvet.
Your four legged friends are also welcome in beautiful Hill Street Cottage and after a splash in the sea you can dry them off in the large garage which is also perfect for wet weather gear, bikes or buggies.
The cottage has family games, lots of local interest reading and place of interest as well as a collection of books that you can take home with you if you are still part way through.

We love nothing more than creating a warm, inviting, clean and modern welcome 'home from home' for our guests to enjoy and of course we do love to see our 4 legged friends too... We would never dream of charging extra for having our doggy visitors stay with us - in all the time we have had our cottage, we never have had any more mess left.
Our cottage has a large secure garage area that can cater for muddy boots, bikes, motor bikes and everything else in between so we do like to make this space as practical for our guests to use too.
