The property has a private entrance. The property is an annex on our farmhouse. We’re not a working farm. We used to have horses and goats. Parking for one car or motorbike. Double bed with linens. No internet. TV. And DVDs Private sitting room. Private bathroom with shower. kitchenette, Tea/coffee making facility. No smoking.

I worked in the TV and Film industry for many years. A few productions filmed locally in Cornwall and Devon on location, and others in the studios up country. Now running the accommodation with a slower pace of life. …We try to recycle and be eco friendly, and sustainability. Some things in our property are a mix of pre-loved vintage, and antique.

Our accommodation is very rural on a single track lane from the main road. Launceston is 6 miles away, the nearest town with many shops and pubs. Launceston was once known as the capital of Cornwall . There is a Norman castle (English Heritage ) with beautiful views and 13 century Southgate arch still standing. We are approximately 30 minutes to Bude, Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay, our nearest beaches! We are close to Bodmin Moor, great for walks and exploring…Wilsey Woods is a woodland/forest 10 minutes drive from here. There are a number of trails through the woods for those that like walking. The music festival site The Wyldes Leopallooza is 16 minutes from us. We are on the border of Devon and Cornwall, around a great location.
