Picturesque two bedroom cottage in the beautiful village of Cartmel, conveniently situated next to a lovely traditional pub and eatery 'The Pig and Whistle' and just a 5 minute walk to Cartmel Priory, the shops and Cartmel Racecourse. The cottage benefits from a front courtyard and private entrance with key box entry for easy, contactless check in. You will find a spacious living and dining area to the downstairs, with a TV and games for entertainment, a well sized kitchen with everything you might need for your stay and a downstairs WC with washing machine. Just off the kitchen there is also a lovely, spacious and private courtyard to enjoy Upstairs there is a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a second bedroom with bunkbeds. A convenience store, park and bus stop can be accessed just a few minutes walk away.
Holly Cottage is situated next to our lovely traditional pub, The Pig and Whistle where you can get 20% off your food for the duration of your stay - so please pop in and say hello, have a drink by the fire, try our delicious food and be reassured that there will always be someone on hand to deal with any queries you may have.
Cartmel is a beautiful medieval village located on the southern edge of the Lake District, just seven miles south of Lake Windermere. It is home to the famous ancient Priory, popular Cartmel racecourse, fine dining, independent shops, gorgeous scenery and of course Sticky Toffee Pudding.
