Established over 35 years ago with just a handful of cottages, the company has grown to the point where we now successfully market a wide variety of properties throughout the region. From the start we were determined to build up a reputation for offering only the best of properties. The company has grown, but everyone involved still holds true to the combination of commitment and professionalism that is the foundation of the company's success. Family run to this day, we are still able to offer that personal service which sadly in today's ever increasing pace of life can sorely fall by the wayside.

Holmdale House is a fabulous, spacious completely modernised Victorian house, located in the heart of Sidmouth along a quiet walkway within 200 yards of the beach, shops, indoor swimming pool, cinema and theatre. The owner has taken great care and attention providing top quality furnishings and decor throughout. This is the perfect holiday cottage for any time of the year and has it's own private parking space. Accommodation: Entrance hall leading to a spacious living area with comfortable seating, feature fireplace with electric fire, smart TV and dining area. Well equipped kitchen with utility room and downstairs cloakroom with WC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. And a second good size single bedroom. The family bathroom on the first floor has a large walk in shower, hand basin and WC. On the second floor the third bedroom has twin beds with dormer window & smart TV. The rear enclosed south facing courtyard has patio furniture with potted shrubs and a hose, access through the rear gate makes washing muddy boots & dogs easy. Parking: There is a private parking space for one car on the Mill Street car park. Guests can explore the Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including Otterton Mill and Lympstone Manor.

We have a range of holiday cottages in Sidmouth, with its abundance of independent shops it is well worth a visit, whilst the esplanade overlooks the picturesque and tranquil beach. Towards the western end of the promenade an area of sand is uncovered at low tide, along with rock pools perfect for adventures with the kids. A short walk around the pathway under the red sandstone cliffs you can find Jacobs Ladder which offers a mile of sandy beach at low tide and colourful beach huts. Climb up Jacobs Ladder to find Connaught Gardens, here there is the most wonderful café offering the biggest homemade cakes you have ever seen! Each Sunday evening throughout the summer you can sit and watch the Sidmouth Town Band play. The town and the seafront offer a wide range of activities including Paddleboarding & Kayaking, while quiet serenity can be enjoyed in the town’s gardens and outskirts.
