Guests found violating this rule will be charged GBP 100 in cleaning costs. Guests who wish to pay for their reservation in cash must pay a GBP 100 deposit on arrival. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Holtwhites Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests under 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of £100 is required. The property will charge this on arrival. This will be collected by credit card or cash. The property will be undergoing a full renovation and the project is estimated to take around 24 months for completion. Guests will be able to see the works being carried out, but they will not be affected by it.
The renovation works are carried out between 08:00 and 16:30 daily.
