A 1 bedroom recently refurbished modern apartment with great transport links. The property is situated approx 400metres from the M62. It is in close proximity o the local towns of Normanton and Castleford and to the major cities of Wakefield and Leeds.
The property boasts a separate kitchen, dining lounge, shower room, 1 double bedroom and outdoor dining space. The bedroom can be presented as a super king size or split into singles.
