Hopkins at The Homestead consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with electric single oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with small ice box, and washer/dryer, a dining area with dining table for four guests, and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size and twin. There is a ground-floor wet room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed side garden with lawn, patio, and furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Sitting on the English Channel in Kent, in the south-east of England rests the picturesque town and bustling ferry port of Dover.
