Property information

Just 30 metres from the Thermae Bath Spa, Hot Bath House was once a beautiful Georgian shop. This wonderfully quirky property now provides a spacious and comfortable place from which you can explore this beautiful city. The front door is located just to the left of Lulu's coffee shop front window. ‘1 Hot Bath Street’ is displayed in the glass above the door. Four spacious bedrooms, featuring three super king size beds that can be unzipped to single beds. There are also an additional single bed, a sofa bed and two sets of full sized bunk beds. There is a large sitting room with plenty of comfortable seating, a beautifully ornate fireplace and a television with on-demand services such as Netflix. A light, well-fitted kitchen with an island and wine fridge so perfect for a relaxed evening. Bathroom space including double walk-in showers filled with Cowshed bathing products and another separate W/C. We include complimentary Cowshed toiletries, freshly ground coffee, tea, fresh local milk and unlimited Wi-fi for use in our properties to make your stay extra special and easy.

This beautiful Georgian property is located in the heart of Bath, only seconds away from the lovely independent shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that Bath city centre has to offer. The Thermae Spa is right next door and the Roman Baths are just a 5 minute walk away. Royal Victoria Park and The Royal Crescent are a short 5-10 minute walk too.
