I am just 15 minutes from the airport and around 15 minutes by bus to the vibrant West End of the city centre, home to theatres, shops, and great dining. The property is well connected, with a bus stop nearby and a tram station within walking distance, offering a direct route to Leith, a buzzing waterfront district known for its bars, restaurants, and the Royal Yacht Britannia. It’s a great base to explore both the iconic landmarks and local hidden gems Edinburgh has to offer.
