The apartment is set in a quiet modern development with free on-site private parking which is a rarity in Edinburgh for such a central location. It is very peaceful considering how near you are to all Edinburgh has to offer. Free Wi-Fi and all bed linen and towels are included in the price. This beautifully modern apartment has a lovely comfortable homely feel to it. Heating in all rooms makes it a cosy apartment to relax. There's a spacious living room with comfortable seating and dining table, 43 inch smart TV with free Netflix access and all the usual freeview channels. There is also a separate full size kitchen with large fridge/freezer and washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The newly refurbished bathroom has a thermostatic shower with fantastic pressure and a heated towel rail. Please note that this is a corner shower and the shower door entry width may not be suitable for very large guests. Large spacious wardrobe in the bedroom with a UK king-size bed (called a Queen size in the USA) with a quality Sealy pocket sprung mattress and dressing table. A welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee, sugar, cereals and biscuits is provided and all the basics like salt, pepper, oil, kitchen roll, cling film etc are available for guests use. The apartment is on the second floor accessed by two short sets of stairs so not suitable for wheelchair use.

Bookings are for the whole apartment for your own private use and included in the price is all bed linen and towels. I love to make sure my guests have the best experience possible by taking time to prepare the apartment between bookings to a high level of cleanliness and keep all facilities in new and working order. Check in time is by 21:00 (9pm) so please don't book if you have a late flight or train. Thd apartment is in a great central location with modern facilities and private parking. The apartment is superbly located just 3 minutes walk to the top end of Leith Walk for an amazing choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Just a few more minutes further walk you reach the Edinburgh Playhouse and the fabulous Omni Centre. Then arriving at Princes Street with its great shopping and world renowned gardens with spectacular views to the Castle. You can also reach the Old Town and visit the Palace of Holyroodhouse and the Royal Mile in a 15 minute walk or a short bus ride from the apartment. Frequent and reliable buses and trams provide fantastic transport links just a couple of minutes walk away from the apartment. An information pack provided in the apartment has maps and information on walking and taking public transport in the area.
