Having launched Lower Mill Estate in The Cotswolds in 1999, the company went on to launch Silverlake, Dorset in 2011 and has a number of other exciting projects in the pipeline, including Birchwood Estate in North Devon. The Estates combine ecology, architecture and community to help your family to thrive and enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature. The Paxton family continues to run Habitat First Group to this day and the family touch can be felt in everything that we do.

Infinity Lodge is a stunning 5 bedroom property with a private hot tub that commands a fantastic lakeside position while also being close to the main facilities at Lower Mill. All our properties at Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds and Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules. As you enter Infinity lodge you will be greeted with a beautifully furnished, open-plan kitchen and dining area with bifold doors opening out onto a large decking and garden area that leads up to Minety Lake. You have access to your very own private jetty, which is perfect for launching water sports equipment during the warmer months. In the winter months curl up on the sofas in front of the log fire and enjoy the use of the properties Sky and Sky Sports subscription provided by the owners. Please note that water sports equipment shown in the images is not included with the house, you may bring your own equipment to be stored outside or rent equipment from the activity hub located at Lower Mill. As you make your way upstairs you will find the master double bedroom benefitting from a view over Minety Lake. Not only does the master bedroom have a bespoke ensuite bathroom, there is also a freestanding bathtub in the bedroom. On this floor, there is a further double bedroom, a bunk bedroom with two bunk beds sleeping 4 children and a bathroom. On the top floor, you will find the final two bedrooms, the first is a double bedroom overlooking the front of the property and the second is a large super king bedroom with a lake view. There is also a further family bathroom on this floor.
