Hello and welcome to our happy place - What we love to do is make a cup tea and step out the back door into the beautiful sunny shared cobbled courtyard and walk around the corner. In just 30 SECONDS you are on the golden sandy PORTHGWIDDEN BEACH it feels like your own when sipping a tea first thing in the morning. Or if you prefer something more exciting, grab your board and walk LESS THAN A MINUTE to PORTHMEOR surfing beach. Atlantic breakers providing hours of fun for all the family. Just a few minutes walk and you are in the heart of this quaint seaside town, the thriving artistic community and plenty of restaurants and atmospheric pubs & bars. Entering into the house from the courtyard, you will find the KITCHEN & dining area white walls complimented by real wooden floor throughout the downstairs. The kitchen equipped with electric oven, standing fridge freezer, washing machine (with internal dryer) & microwave. You will also find everything you need to cook up a storm if entertaining takes your fancy. A large wooden dining table with comfortable corner bench seating for 7 (we have seated 9 here without a problem). Into the LIVING ROOM, White wall compliment the feature fireplace with wave mural & Real wood floors. Corner sofa and separate sofa fill the area with plenty of soft spaces to lounge after a long day in the sea and surf. There is also a Smart TV. FREE Wifi and sound system. The MASTER BEDROOM is in the converted attic space with sloped ceilings adding to the cosy vibe. A KINGSIZE bed, plenty of storage and ensuite bathroom. A large window seat with stunning view of Chapel & 'The Island' with sea views on either side. The OTHER 2 BEDROOMS & Bathroom are located on the first floor. A light and airy 2nd bedroom offers a double bed, wardrobe, draws, Sea and Island Views. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed with single bunk above & wardrobe. View over the courtyard. The family bathroom is on this floor complete with WC Bath & Shower - please look after

Very quiet part of town and only a stroll to all the beaches - car parking is 1 minute walk away Just a few minutes walk and you are in The SLOOP circa 1312 is only a few minutes away - its a fantastic old inn with ales, fab food also. Fridays a local musician plays the guitar and entertains. For Sport go to the WRECK - a sports bar - find it upstairs opposite the Sloop. The Mermaid restaurant is very close and a great steak and sea food. Food wise there is plenty of options - we advise you book ahead as many holidaymakers love to eat out in town.
