Your Quay to relaxation Our offices are open 7 days a week for guest arrivals, so we are always on hand to answer queries. Our interactive website allows guests to explore our vast range of properties, located in and around the Poole and Bournemouth area, and book their stay 24 hours a day. For guests who would rather speak to us in person, our phone lines are open until 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 4pm on Sunday, with an out-of-hours service available during the evening for emergencies. Our directly employed Service Team ensures standards remain consistently high and any issues are dealt with promptly. All properties are provisioned with crisp linen and fluffy towels, including beach towels and a complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee and hot chocolate together with local biscuits and nuts is provided. In the fridge, you will also find a nicely chilled bottle of white wine awaiting your arrival.

Overlooking Hamworthy beach and park, and 10 minutes walk to Poole Quay and the town with all its facilities. Lift access to the first floor. Open plan Lounge / Dining area leading to a large corner balcony with sea views. Comprehensively equipped throughout. Fully fitted kitchen. Master Bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with ensuite (walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Second bedroom with twin beds (2x 3ft beds) that can be zipped together to create a superkingsize double bed upon request. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet). Parking - Two reserved parking space in the development`s own gated parking area under the apartments. (max height 2.1m / 6ft 8ins) Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer. Technology - 65" Smart Television in the living room with Sky including Sky sports. Alexa sound system. WIFI. Kitchen - Slimline dishwasher, Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Fridge / Freezer, Microwave and Washing Machine. Restrictions - No smoking. No Pets. Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

HAMWORTHY - POOLE'S INNER HARBOUR AREA - Just 10 minutes` walk from Poole Quay via Poole`s historic lifting bridge, Hamworthy is a quieter, predominantly residential area and Harbour Reach is the latest example of regeneration in this convenient location. The development offers some of the prettiest views of the natural harbour with Poole Yacht Club in the foreground and a wonderful vista across the harbour, to Corfe Castle and the Purbeck Hills beyond. Located close to Cobb`s Quay Marina Hamworthy is a great base both for strolling into Town, and for driving out to explore the wider Dorset region.

PLEASE NOTE – Façade works are currently being undertaken in this development and scaffolding is erected with netting covering the block, which will obscure views. Guest access to balconies will be unavailable during these works. The works will be carried out between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are offering price reductions of 15% on guest stays during the time the apartment is scheduled to be impacted and the figures quoted reflect this discount. The works on the development are underway and scheduled to run until the end of November 2025. Please contact us should you require an update on the programme.

The price reduction for Isle View is from 1st July 2024 to 30th November 2025.
