This property is in prime location in the City of Chester. It is situated on the Chester Rows in Watergate Street. The street and rows are very prestigious and unique and we are surrounded by the best independent cocktail bars, coffee houses and art galleries and live music nightlife. It’s a No 1 location with the nearest access to the racecourse.

I have been working in hospitality all my life and it is my dream to be in a prime location spot and offer you all that Chester has. I am also a qualified artist and at present studying my MA in arts.

The area is full of everything that you could imagine and need. Shops, cafes, bars, art galleries, nightclubs and a supermarket. And we are of course in the City Centre and within the historical walls of Chester and a few minutes from the racecourse.
