This fee is not included in the rental It is the policy of this property not to take bookings for groups where the majority of guests are under the age of 25, or single-sex group celebrations, including stag/hen parties. We ask our guests for a security deposit to be paid by bank transfer. Kentchurch Court is a historic stately home with many beautiful unique features. Within you will find uneven floors, additional internal steps, and a stone spiral staircase in the tower. You are advised to take care. There is CCTV at the property recording the exterior of the property for security purposes.

Kentchurch Court is regarded as one of the most important historical houses in Herefordshire, it’s Grade I listed and dates back to the 14th century. Lower Lodge Gate House sits on the beautiful Kentchurch Estate, itself home to a deer park which can trace its roots back to when the Knights Templar owned the land. The estate-owned Bridge Inn is just a short stroll along the lane, making for an easy and relaxed evening out.
