We own and operate our own self catering apartments and in 2019 offered our services as a management company, looking after all things holiday let. Our hope is to offer you, our guests, a fantastic service and experience every time you stay with us and for you to have access to hundreds if not thousands of properties to choose from. Our managed homes currently reach all over Scotland and there is an amazing eclectic mix. From city centre apartments, to beachside cottages and getaways in the Glens to hideaways in the countryside & we would love for you to come and stay. You will have the freedom to arrive in your own time thanks to our self check-in service. Everything you need to know about the property has been designed digitally and you can access your AirGuide from any device you wish. Giving you all information on appliances & check-in instructions as well as updated recommendations for things to see, try eat & drink. Everything we do is with you in mind to ensure you stay, no matter what the reason or for how long, is a true experience.

There are also library shelves full of books, games and toys to keep the little ones busy. The stylish kitchen/diner is well-equipped with a Rangemaster cooker and a large farmhouse dining table, perfect for lingering over a good meal. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one with an ensuite shower room, and each with a double bed. There’s also a family bathroom with a bathtub, ready for relaxing after an action-packed day out in Angus. Kirk Wynd Cottage is within walking distance of Kirriemuir town centre, renowned for its traditional red sandstone houses and cobbled streets. Kirriemuir is perhaps most famous for being the birthplace of Peter Pan author J.M. Barrie, and also AC/DC frontman Bon Scott - you’ll find statues of both Peter Pan and Bon in the town! Known as the ‘Gateway to the Glens’, Kirriemuir is the perfect base for exploring the Angus region, whether you’re travelling with family or friends. Take a short drive to the stunning Angus Glens, where you can enjoy walking, cycling, fishing, stalking, or bag a Munro or two. If the beach is more your scene, there are also beautiful East Coast beaches like Broughty Ferry and Lunan Bay within easy reach. Kirriemuir also boasts an 18-hole golf course with scenic views north to Glen Clova and Glen Doll. With the A90 dual carriageway only ten minutes away, Kirriemuir is also a great base for visiting the many great championship courses in the region including Montrose Golf Links, Carnoustie Golf Links, The Old Course St Andrews and Gleneagles.
