Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with a heated infinity pool, a private spa, gym, roof bar, water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site. All our properties here at Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules. Knighton is a stunning contemporary 2 storey home that offers spacious living accommodation and sleeps a maximum of 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. We recommend a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children at this property owing to the bedroom configurations. The ground floor houses the master bedroom with super king bed and large en-suite facilities, a king size bedroom with en-suite and a further twin bedroom and family bathroom, complete with shower over bath. The house benefits from a fully equipped utility room on the ground floor with a washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge and separate tea and coffee making facilities for the ground floor bedrooms. Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, gym, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability. Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizzas and tapas. Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.
