Ladybird Cottage has recently been renovated to the highest quality whilst keeping in theme with the traditional English Cottage imagery. With its beautiful wooden beams throughout and exposed stone walls it certainly lives up to the expectations of a 300 year old cottage. Perfect for families, couples or the solo traveller our cottage certainly accommodates for all. Hiking through the scenic Pendle Countryside steeped in both nature and history, you could walk for days. Ladybird Cottage has two bedrooms both with double beds and storage for your belongings in both rooms. We have equipped the bedrooms with luxurious mattresses and bedding to ensure you have the most peaceful nights sleep, along with a sleep spray for extra comfort. Mirrors, hairdryer fluffy towels and an iron are all provided for you and located upstairs. Enjoy a long hot shower in our walk in shower room nestled downstairs complete with complementary shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. The heart of most homes belongs in the kitchen where you can enjoy your morning cuppa whilst looking out on to lush green fields basking in the company of the sheep and lambs who reside there most days. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, and Nespresso Machine are all the amenities provided for you to use during your stay.

Welcome to our quaint country cottage nestled in the picturesque village of Roughlee. I have had the property for just over 6 months now and i absolutely adore hosting to people from all over, showing love and attention to my holiday home. I have always loved the countryside and this place doesn’t disappoint. An avid walker with my partner and dog i couldn’t think of anywhere else id rather be. This area is famously known for the Witch Trials of 1612 is one of the many reasons people love to visit the historical village and of course say hello to the popular Alice Nutter who also lives five minutes away from the cottage. Pendle Hill is a huge attraction for guests whether its to tackle the Hill itself or to simply enjoy the view, she has something for all. Country pubs, an abundance of walks, cafes shops and eateries located in Barrowford there is something for everyone. Skipton, Clitheroe, Howarth just a few places our guests love to explore.
