As business owners we live and work in Harrogate where our main office is located. Living, working and having had children attend school in Harrogate, affords us a local perspective of this lovely town, which we enjoy passing on for our guests to enjoy.

NOTE: WE ADVISE IN ADVANCE the garage entrance is very narrow, but we offer it as free, 24hr parking. It does fit a LR Defender90 and large 4x4s - see photos. Off-street parking, and the nearest multi-storey car-parking, on Tower street (HG1 1HS). Each apt welcomes you into a lobby with console table and a mirror. The 2-king size bed apartments have a stylish individual interiors with luxury furnishings and fittings. They are complete with 1 En-suit shower room and 1 bath / shower room, both fitted with Grohe shower, heated towel rails, underfloor heating, Villeroy Boch bath ware & vanity, a lit mirror, and shaver socket. Our luxury bedrooms are furnished with hotel king size beds with statement headboards and hotel linens. No.9 has an open dinning / lounge features sofa, chairs, coffee table, rug. A smart 4 seat table and chairs, Samsung smart TV with Netflix streaming service, Bluetooth speaker, Radio, local artwork and real plants to help guests feel at home. No.6 Duplex apt. -has a dining kitchen and separate lounge, with a work desk. Both Complete with equipped kitchens, Bosch appliances, including dishwasher and a microwave and Nespresso Vertuo coffee pod machine along with our complimentary starter pack of hot drinks, and kitchen staples and kitchen cleaning products. These beautifully presented apartments have been carefully considered to meet your needs whether traveling for business or pleasure. We greet guests weekdays to 6pm, evening/weekends we provide lockbox access. Luggage store by arrangement.

The apartment is footsteps from the centre of the historic Spa town of Harrogate. The town boasts a wealth of fine Georgian and Victorian architecture, and has excellent shopping, leisure, and cultural facilities. In the immediate vicinity there is a local supermarket, a cinema, cafes, shops, bars and a choice of restaurant to suit all tastes and budgets. The Stray parkland, bound by matures trees, is a beautiful town centre park, well used for walking, picnicking, and exercising. It is lined with plenty of bars and cafes to sit outside on a sunny day. The conference centre, Royal Turkish Baths, Royal Hall and theatre along with more restaurants, are minutes away on foot. Harrogate is a perfect base from which you can reach the local centres of Ripon, Knaresborough, York and Leeds, or a trip into some of the rural communities to find Brimham Rocks, Nidderdale Llama or into the Yorkshire Dales.
