Guests can enjoy afternoon tea on the stone terrace overlooking Windermere. Lunches are available on the lovely garden terraces and balconies. With its very own jetty, Langdale Chase can provide sailing days and lessons on the lake. Scafell Pike, England’s highest mountain, is a 1.5-hour drive from the hotel. Windermere town and rail station are a 5-minute drive away.
