We run the Victoria Park Lodge Bed & Breakfast just around the corner which we have been operating for over 34 yrs. We have been providing guests with a place to stay for many years. A lot of our business clients return week on week and the leisure travellers who come for reunions and such like who return on a regular basis - must mean we are doing something right at least :) There is always someone at the Victoria Park Lodge in case of an emergency.

The bedroom is a great size, with: - a memory foam king-size bed - Roll-out bed (can sleep a 3rd person, which can be set up in the bedroom or living room on request) - oak double wardrobe - 43" Smart TV The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, ricker cooker, pressure cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer and all the cookware, crockery and utensils needed for the longer stay traveller. The bathroom is fully tiled, with a shower over bath and complimentary toiletries Ideally located close to the town centre, station and parks. Warwick is 10 minutes drive, Stratford Upon Avon is 20 minutes away, Birmingham International is 25 minutes by train.

This apartment is sat in a prime location on the tree lined Avenue Rd in Leamington Spa in between Victoria Park and the Pump Room Gardens. It's also very close to the town centre, train station, Jephson Gardens and Warwick Castle.
