Situated in a red brick Victorian school, this stylish newly refurbished mezzanine apartment enjoys stunning views over SA1, Swansea bay, Mumbles Head and Swansea Arena.
This spacious light and airy apartment can easily accommodate up to four guests and provide a perfect location for exploring Swansea and Gower. Furnishings thoughtfully and ethically, the apartment reflects the local history of the copper quarter and the natural beauty of the Gower.
There is a 24hr maintenance person on site for property emergency but in the first instance feel free to contact us
Situated in a residential area 10 minutes walk from SA1, Swansea Arena, Town centre,Football stadium and Sancta Maria Hospital. 10 minutes drive to the University. 2 minutes to the cycle paths and 5 miles to Mumbles
