Relax in the Hottub while gazing at the stars reflecting off the sea, surrounded by open views over the Aberdeen “New” harbour you can watch cruise ships coming into dock. The cottage is within the grounds of a lighthouse and only steps away from the beach. The situation of Seabreeze offers some of the best opportunities in Europe to spot dolphins and whales. The recently refurbished property offers simple, stylish interiors sympathetic to its sea views from the windows.

We have a collection of unique, quirky and luxury properties within Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. We hope you have an enjoyable stay with us and we will be on hand for any enquiries throughout your stay.

The most dramatic backdrop to our cottage is the beautiful coastline yet minutes from the city centre via car and 10/15minutes walk to a bus stop. Offering the best opportunities to spot dolphins and whales right on our doorstep. The cottage backs onto a widely acknowledged as one of the best municipal 18-hole golf courses in Scotland - Balnagask course is Built at the mouth of Aberdeen Harbour and bounded by the North Sea, the views available up and down the coast as well as across the busy harbour with the city beyond are simply breathtaking. There is free parking at our property and only minutes drive from the city centre. However plentiful taxis are available within the area or a bus stop is 10-15 minutes from the property. Keen walkers could follow the coastal path directly into the city.
