It is the perfect location for a trip to Belfast! ⁣For working trips, it’s around the corner to Mater Hospital, Ulster University, and 15/20min walk away from Royal Victoria Hospital.⁣ This is newly refurb house where I’ve tried to add my own travel experience to the decor. There is also a 55” 4K Smart Mini LED TV in a living room which can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. ⁣The house is very private with gated secure parking and CCTV in operation. ⁣⁣There are two first aid kits, a fire extinguisher & blanket available in the house 24/7 for any uncertain situation. ⁣This townhouse consists of 3 spacious & tastefully decorated bedrooms: All are similar and fully equipped (modern lamp with charging points, Egyptian cotton bedding, 32+cm thick mattress etc) so guests can have maximum comfort. I’m available 24/7 for any recommendations. NOTE - Minimum age for booking the place is 25yo plus everyone staying must be over 25yo.
