Private annexe with use of outside patio situated in quiet residential area near the bars a d restaurants in Ashley Cross, the beautiful beaches at Sandbanks and near the station and bus routes .
It is ideally located to start or finish the south west coast path ,or before or after getting the ferry to the Channel islands from poole.
I am a keen walker and enjoy boating and kayaking, swimming and cycling. I live in the adjoining House and am available if there are any queries or guidance needed
Quiet area with a pond behind the road and golf course nearby . Near Whitecliife Park, parkstone Bay and walk to Poole Quay.
The bars and restaurants of Ashley Cross are within 10 mins walking distance.
There is a marina nearby also which has a restaurant and outside bar in the summer.
The open top bus to Swanage can be found at a nearby bus stop which includes travel via the Sandbanks ferry. A lovely ride through countryside.
