The living areas in this annexe include a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a dining table for two, and a sitting room with a Smart TV, woodburning stove, and piano. There is one king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a private lawned garden, a shared garden with furniture, unheated swimming pool, tennis court, barbecue and vegetable patch, and off-road parking. Within 1.5 miles, there is a shop, and within 0.9, a pub. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Please note, smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: This is an annexe on the owner's property, who has a dog and cat. Please note: tennis racquets and balls available upon request. Note: The heated swimming pool is only available between May and September. Challock is a large, primarily woodland settlement in Kent. The village is in the Kent Downs AONB, on one of the North Downs' highest points, and offers Bluebell Forest and Kings Wood for walks.
