This idyllic one bedroom ground floor flat with private entrance and a beautiful garden view is located in a quiet residential part of Sutton in Greater London. The location is serviced by regular buses and three nearby train stations for easy travel into London City and the heart of leafy Surrey. Plenty of local shops, shopping malls and a cinema are also within a few minutes walking distance.
Quiet residential neighbourhood with nearby Carshalton village pond and choice of forest parks. Ideal location for touring the beautiful Lavender fields, walks in the Surrey Hills or a quick get away to London and all the sites.
