This property is in the heart of the Baltic Triangle, 10 minutes from the famous Liverpool Albert Dock, and 5 minutes walk from Liverpool One Retail Centre and bars and restaurants. Right next to bars and restaurants of Liverpool One and the Met Quarter for shopping. Walking around the city is easy, there are also bikes to hire, local bus station, and James Street underground is a few minutes’ walk and parking is available at Jamaica Street secure car park, which has concessions for stays over 12 and 24 hours with some of the lowest parking rates the City has to offer. Please note the following before booking: Keys are to be collected and returned to the same lock box 10 mins from the apartment. You will be given your check in information 24 hours before your stay with us. Check in is 3pm. Check out: keys are to be retuned to the lock box before 10am. We charge a call out fee if you lock yourself out. Losing the keys and fob will be charged a fee. Please be aware late check out fees apply unless we have made a prior arrangement for you to have a later check-out time than 10am. Please note glitter is not permitted in the apartment nor anything to be placed on the walls, any balloons must be disposed of before you leave or additional cleaning fee. We do not permit partys. Excessive dirty linen charges will apply, e.g., heavy duty make up stains.
