The house is in a quiet, peaceful and central location, with just a short walk to explore this historic city which is full of great restaurants and fantastic adventures. Located in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the historic city centre of York, York Minster and the railway station, this beautifully appointed period property offers its guests a true home-from-home experience. Recently renovated and tastefully furnished throughout, this house offers two good-sized bedrooms, with super king/twin and kingsize beds, an attractive living area with a stylish kitchen, induction hob and oven. There is also a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. There is a lovely walk in shower/bathroom located on the ground floor. There is a smart TV, free fast wifi and a cosy private courtyard for guests to use. The stairs are quite steep so not suitable for unsupervised children or guests with reduced mobility. If you are travelling by car the nearest pay and display long stay car park is at Monk Bar Car Park, St John St, York YO31 7QR, this is just a short walk away from the cottage.
