From the moment you step through the door, you'll be greeted with a bright and airy feel and a homely atmosphere, with the most breathtaking views. The spacious open plan living / dining area offers a comfortable seating arrangement with leather sofas, and a four seater dining table, overlooking the Grand Hotel & the sea front. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, we also include a Dolce Gusto Coffee/Espresso machine for our coffee loving guests !, and a modern shower room with towels supplied as standard. A lovely furnished bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed, quality bedding and en-suite shower room, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of coastal adventures. Ample storage space, with clean modern decor, ensuing guests have a relaxing stay Guest access an entire first floor apartment with a private entrance, via the communal stairwell. Parking is on street at the front, the parking is permit controlled but we have a guest visitor permit for one vehicle. For larger parties of guests, we have three other apartments in the building which can be reserved, subject to availability.
