This very well presented three bedroom town house is situated on the popular heritage park development the spacious versatile accommodation is set over three floors. On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall, cloakroom, modern fitted kitchen (Dryer, washing machine, oven, toaster, microwave, egg boiler, kettle), lovely spacious room with fridge/freezer and double glazed conservatory which leads to the paved rear garden. The room has a toilet next to it and a shared bathroom on the third floor. The house is very quiet and very clean.
This beautiful spacious house is 5 mins walk from gravesend station which is only 25mins into London (Kings Cross st Pancreas), 17mins to Stratford on the high-speed train.The station also operates thameslink’s to cannon street, Blackfriars, Dartford, London Bridge etc. The property is also 5 mins drive to Ebbsfleet and Northfleet station, 2 mins walk to major Asda fuel station, shopping mall such as Asda, lLdl, Aldi, Poundland, B&Q , Halford , convenient bus routes to Bluewater Shopping centre(15mins) and lots more.
