We also have a shop front on South Street in St. Andrews should you wish to pop in and chat. We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure after 4pm (unless by prior arrangement). Check in is via a secure key box which you will be provided with the code.

Luxury Penthouse on The Scores Truly one of the most spectacular properties in St Andrews, this stunning fully refurbished luxury penthouse apartment with unrivalled sea views is only a good 3-wood away from the 18th Green of the world famous Old Course. The luxury apartment sleeps 6 adults comfortably across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and indeed has hosted some of the world's Top 10 golfers. The beautiful open plan kitchen, dining area and living room make the most of the stunning views down the West Sands beach. Suitable for couples, holiday makers and golfers alike. This property is not suitable for children. The Space The property has an entrance on the ground floor, leading through to a sweeping staircase, from which the property is located on the second floor. BED CONFIGURATION The default bed configuration is 2 x kings and 2 x singles, but the options available are 3 x kings or 1 x king & 4 x singles. This must be intimated to us at least 7 days before your stay, and cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t intimate a preference to us, we will make the beds as the default option. EPC Rating C
