Our beautifully, fully renovated town house is right in the heart of the beautiful & historic town of Tavistock. We are just a 3 minutes walk from all the best pubs, restaurants, independent shops and the fascinating Pannier Market. This is the perfect place for couples wanting a relaxing getaway; young families wanting to discover Dartmoor, guests attending weddings or business travellers working in the locality. You can choose to select either two master bedrooms with King Size Bedrooms or one King Size Bedroom & one Twin Bedroom - all with beautiful en-suite bathrooms. The Master Bedrooms are very light & spacious, with high vaulted ceilings, and the Twin Bedroom is also spacious & delightfully decorated . Complimentary shower gel and soap is provided in all bathrooms, along with plenty of fluffy towels! The lounge has a 48 inch Smart TV with Netflix available & comfy sofas. There is a brand new fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer; dishwasher & washing machine with plenty of pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen has an induction hob and microwave with complimentary tea & coffee facilities. The lounge is open plan through to the kitchen with dining table and chairs. The house is tastefully decorated in a modern style and is very bright and airy with every facility you may need. There is also a lovely sheltered sun terrace with outdoor seating to relax an enjoy the afternoon where you can have breakfast or relax with pre-dinner drinks. Parking is generally available immediately outside or close to the property, but there is a car park just a few minutes away. Tavistock is a beautiful town with a World Heritage Status, which makes it the perfect destination for unique getaway. With plenty of eateries including cafes and restaurants, some relaxed bars and lots of lovely local shops in a bustling high street, there is plenty to do while you are here. It's location right on the edge of Dartmoor National Park makes it the perfect stop over for walkers and ramblers. Not only does Tavistock offers spectacular beauty both in the town and in its surrounding areas including Dartmoor National Park, but it is known for its unique heritage. Tavistock is the only town in Devon to hold World Heritage status, placing it on a par with international treasures like Machu Picchu, the Taj Mahal and the Great Wall of China. The permanent protection of this countryside is important to people all over the world and why the area has been given World Heritage Status. It is this rich history that makes Tavistock such a fascinating and beautiful place to visit.
