A Beautifully Renovated Seaside Apartment on the first floor of a Period Property. It has high ceilings and Sash windows and has a lovely seaside themed decor which makes it wonderfully light and airy. The main bedroom has a lovely featured turret ceiling above a sash windowed Bay with view over the chimney tops down to the sea and 13th century Cobb sea wall in the distance. There is a double bed with a very comfy pocket sprung memory foam mattress. This room has a large Ensuite with roll top bath and separate walk in double shower, toilet and basin. In the lounge is a large ikea double sofabed which sleeps 2. (please note that people using the sofabed need to share the ensuite so it may not suite all guest as you have to go into the bedroom to use the bathroom). There is a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the usual things you find in a kitchen. Beds will be made up ready for arrival and towels are provided. Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk and Biscuits await your arrival and I try to provide all the usual day to day items like shampoo, shower gel, toilet roll, washing up liquid, tea towels etc Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach.

I moved to Dorset in 1999 from Hampshire and never looked back. It is a wonderful place to live and bring up children. I live and breath properties and have always been very passionate about them. Lyme Regis is a popular destination alive all year round. There are always things going on in the town, just a taster would be Life Boat Week, Regatta and Carnival Week, Fossil Festival, Candles on the Cobb, Lantern parade and hundreds more. We have 3 immediate beaches, the main beach by the Cobb is Sandy and as you go further away it is shingle, Monmouth Beach is mainly shingle and so is back beach behind the church but has fantastic rock pools. There are lovely restaurants and coffee shops all around Lyme Regis including the famous Hix Restaurant and ten minute drive away you can find the famous River Cottage HQ and Canteen. There is a regular bus service in the town and a train service at Axminster Station which is ten minutes away by car.
