We are a Bed and Breakfast establishment. We have three NON SMOKING letting rooms. Hambleden, on ground floor, is a spacious room,with seating overlooking the garden, double bed, en suite shower room. Roundell, on ground floor, has a self contained suite of bathroom, separate toilet and large bedroom with kingsize bed, off a private central lobby. Pear Tree is a separate room in a back courtyard area with own front door and views over fields, superking or twin beds, en-suite shower. All rooms have outside access, TV, hospitality tray, fridge,hairdryer and free WiFi. We don't have facilities for babies or toddlers but this year we are being more flexible with family groups so give us a call for possible arrangements. We have blow up beds and all rooms will take an extra bed. Also call direct for discounts. We have two friendly Springer spaniels who will give you a noisy welcome...

Magpies is located on the A29 just outside the village of Slinfold with its pretty church, a small shop and pub. The local town of Horsham is only 10 minutes drive and buses from the village go to Horsham, Pulborough and Guildford. Many National Trust properties, gardens and other sites of historic interest can be accessed easily from this point. The coast is only 45minutes away to either Brighton, Worthing or Bognor. Chichester has a lovely theatre and good shopping facilities.
