The garden room leads out through double doors to a spacious garden which provides a private outside furnished patio. The living room area provides comfort with two large sofas to relax and watch television with a variety of sky channels which includes sky sports, connection to wifi is free of charge. Please note the log burner is not in use. A bright well equipped kitchen which provides everything you will need for your stay, gas hob with electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, cutlery and crockery we also have children's cutlery and crockery & a baby sterilising unit, washing machine, iron and iron board there is also a rotary washing line in the garden Two comfortable bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two single beds both rooms have plenty wardrobe space all bed linen and towels are provided The bathroom area has a bath and also a shower enclosure with a power shower. A few yards from the cottage there is a tennis court which is free to use you will find rackets and balls in the hall cupboard. Travel cot, high chair and baby bath is available free of charge please let us know if this is required
