Manor Farm Barn has five bedrooms, each with zip/link beds making super-king-size or twin makeups. One upstairs and one downstairs have en-suites, and there is a further bathroom and cloakroom. The living areas include a kitchen, a utility room, a living/dining room, and a snug. Appliances include an electric Range, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. For entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, and a selection of books. There is also a travel cot and stairgate available. Outside, there is ample private, off-road parking, a garden with lawn, patio hot tub, trampoline and furniture, and a rear garden with covered seating area and barbecue. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Fuel, power, a starter pack for open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub within 0.4 miles. Please note: This property has a 3-day minimum stay and only accepts Monday or Friday check ins. PLEASE NOTE; the property will only accept 7 night bookings on the 20th and 27th December 2024.

The Beaconsfield Arms in Occold (with limited opening hours) is an inviting pub that serves up meals in an old Suffolk pub, originally known as the Beer House it dates from 1844, whilst the Stoke White Horse on the A140 is open all day every day with a varied menu.
