Situated in the heart of Cornwall, near Ladock, Maple Barn is one of a pair of one bedroom semi-detached barn conversions, built and run by Sally & Peter Chilcott from 2017 until 2022, with John & Pam Tilley taking over from 2023.
At the end of a long tarmac lane, 5 minutes from the A30 and walks available from your door as well as your own enclosed space with country views. Just 20 minutes to the beaches and footpaths of both North and South Coast and 15 minutes to the cathedral city of Truro it is the perfect base from which to explore Cornwall. Well equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washer dryer, lounge area with wood burner and bedrooms with super king beds Own enclosed decking area and parking.
Cornwall is a lovely county with a varied landscape, miles of coastline, wonderful gardens, historical landmarks and adrenalin fuelled activities! Whether it is your first time here or you are a regular visitor, Cornwall offers something for everyone. Just a few of the wonderful places to visit - The Eden Project, St Michaels Mount, St Ives, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lanhydrock House, Padstow, Falmouth Maritime Musuem - all within easy reach plus numerous walks and beaches to explore.
