Meadow lakes is well established and continues to grow year on year continually providing our high quality and service as well as winning many repeat customers and awards. Our staff are friendly and helpful, and we strive to go the extra mile in everything we do to ensure memorable stays and holidays. Nothing is too much trouble for any of our team, and we look forward to welcoming you. On park we have private owners, who holiday here with us throughout the year over a 10 month period as well as having holiday homes for our visitors who rent. We are continually maintaining the grounds, infrastructure and every Summer we add more flowers and fauna to make it truly pleasant. Our 4 lakes have a great array of fish, or if you just fancy a walk down to the lakes, it won't disappoint.

Meadow Lakes is located in St. Austell, just outside Mevagissey surrounded by stunning, natural Cornish countryside. What makes us special is our philosophy to spend more time together, taking a slower pace of life, and simply enjoying the outdoors…making us unique if you want a tranquil, away from it all yet not far from local amenities. We don’t have a bar or club on park or scheduled daily activities – because we believe in the sanctity of making memories and spending quality time together. Escaping the everyday rat race, allowing our visitors to have a break from technology (however we do provide private wi-fi). Our park is of course not only named after the stunning meadows we’re nestled in, but the 4 beautiful, natural lakes we have on site; each a different size shape as well as offering fishing or a simple walk! Some of our holiday homes offer their own private hot tub, with a selection of both pet and non-pet friendly units. The holiday park has a reception, shop, laundry room, seasonal swimming pool and café, children’s and adults play barn, table tennis, pool table, outside play area with zip wire, electric car charging point for your car at reasonable prices with the bonus of having free parking outside your holiday home. We also have our ‘mini farm’ with various animals such as donkeys, ponies, geese, guinea pigs as well as some wild life on the lakes. In ‘Peak Season, we love to host our ‘pet sessions’ where you can meet and hold some of our pets.

Set in a beautiful natural countryside location, however only 4 miles from St. Austell the Eden Project, Mevagissey, Charlestown, St. Mawes, Mousehole, Newquay to name just a few. The nearest larger town is Truro, where one can find shops, theatre, cinema, bars and restaurants. There are countless beaches in the near vicinity too (7 miles) to the nearest or Charlestown 6 miles. The property is easily accessible to many other local attractions, theatre, cinema, bowling to name just a few.
